Wilderness Programs

Wilderness programs offer your teen an opportunity to get back to basics. Your teen will be taken with staff members and other teens, to a remote, safe environment where they can shut out the sounds of a scary world. They will build their own shelter in which they will live. Through this experience and many others, campers learn leadership, life-skills, and appreciation for the world around them.

At Parent Help, our wilderness programs are long-term programs lasting about a year. All of our programs are academically accredited, so your teen will complete schoolwork while in the wilderness. They will not only not fall behind academically, they will catch up and get ahead. Counseling is also available 24/7 for your teen as they learn to work through their behavioral problems.
